What is our Summer Camp about?

Ain’t Seen Noth’n Yet offers a unique summer program for talented young singers, actors, and dancers between the ages of 5 and 17. The program runs for a period of 5 weeks, and the students are taught the fundamentals of the performing arts. The camp culminates with a production of a Broadway musical, where the young up-and-coming stars perform alongside talented experienced amateurs and professionals.

2017 Summer Camp - Fame Jr.

Jennifer Fontaine and Ain’t Seen Noth’n Yet are delighted to conduct the 2017 Musical Theatre Camp and produce Fame Jr., conceived and developed by David De Silva, book by José Fernandez, Lyrics by Jacques Levy and Music by Steve Margoshes.

Ain’t Seen Noth’n Yet offers a unique summer program for young talented singers, actors and dancers between the ages of 5 and 17. The program runs for a period of 4 weeks where the students are taught the rudiments of the performing arts. The camp culminates with a production of a musical where the young up-and-coming stars perform alongside experienced volunteers and professionals.

An information and registration meeting will be held at City View United Church, 6 Epworth, on May 6th at 7pm.

This year’s summer camp will take place in our brand new facilities at 1903 Merivale Rd. The camp will run weekdays from 9am to 4pm, Monday July 3rd to Friday July 28th, 2017. With drop off and pick up from 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm. Fame Jr. will be performed at Centrepointe Studio Saturday July 29th, 2017.

Auditions will be conducted on the first day of camp and roles will be assigned accordingly for the production of Fame Jr. the musical. Auditions are used to assess the ability of the students and determine how to make their experience the best it can be.

Ain’t Seen Noth’n Yet is looking for young performers who are interested in participating in a summer program where fun is our number one priority! Applicants will be taught skills in the fields of improvisation; acting and singing techniques; dance and show experience. They will be part of the creative process and production of a musical from beginning to end.

Price for the 4 week Summer Program is $1180 + 153.40(HST) = $1333.40.
Proposed payment schedule:
$200 deposit, to be paid at the time of registration
$500 to be paid in May at the information/registration session
$633.40 to be paid on the first day of camp.
The payment schedule can be discussed if needed. Please also note that Deposits are non-refundable.
The price includes T-shirts and souvenir picture book.

1 week audition intensive

New this year, there will be a one week advanced musical theatre audition workshop. Where students will be pushed in all aspects of the performing arts. They will be presented with new choreography, new cold reads and new music daily. They will be shown how to create their perfect resume and how to take the best headshot.

The workshop will take place in our brand new facilities at 1903 Merivale Rd. The program will run 9am to 4pm, Monday July 31st to Friday August 4th. With drop off and pick up 8 to 9am and 4 to 5pm.
The price for the 1 week intensive is $300 + $39(HST) = $339.

The workshop price for students attending both summer programs is $245 + $31.85(HST) = $276.85.
